Make product variants distinct while retaining one brand
Choose a consistent logo position.

Define what stays consistent
Keep logo placement, typography and information structure consistent. Define variable elements such as secondary colours, images or product names. Separating these roles makes it easier to add variants without rebuilding the system.
Do not rely on colour alone
Some buyers have difficulty distinguishing colours or encounter products under lighting unlike the advertisement. Add variant names or symbols alongside colour. Place variants side by side and check whether shoppers can quickly select the right one.
Prototype the whole family
Review all sizes and variants together: long names or differently proportioned images can disrupt the system. Keep templates and layout rules for the team to maintain consistency in later production.
