Proposals and engagements
Prices, scope, schedules, revision rounds, payments, cancellation and delivery follow the quotation or agreement confirmed by both parties for each project.
Rights in work
Website text, logos, images and designs belong to their respective rights holders. Commercial use requires permission. Rights in commissioned work and source files follow the project agreement. Clients must have rights to use the information and media they supply.
Feng Shui and outcomes
Feng Shui advice follows traditions and beliefs used alongside design. It does not guarantee sales, profit or business results; success depends on multiple factors.
Appropriate use
Do not submit false information, infringe others’ rights, send malware or disrupt the system. External links are governed by the destination website’s terms.
Liability and disputes
