Branding & packaging

Arrange packaging information to highlight what matters

The front should help buyers identify the brand.

The front answers: what is this?

The front should show the brand, product type and the model or flavour being viewed. Prioritise information that helps a purchase decision through size and spacing. Giving every message equal prominence can leave readers without a starting point.

Group information by use

Purchase information and instructions serve different purposes. Arrange descriptions, details and contact channels so they are easy to find without crowding the front. Have the responsible person check all required product information before layout begins.

Check the assembled package

Text may be clear on a flat dieline yet sit too close to an edge or become covered after folding. Inspect a physical assembled sample from every side and shelf angle, including barcode placement and space for additional printing.
