Check each person’s information
Prepare each person’s name, role, phone, email, LINE ID and Facebook separately. Do not copy the first person’s details and change only the name, as contact information may become incorrect.
Choose the QR destination
Decide whether the code opens LINE, a website or a contact page. Choose a destination you can maintain and that opens on ordinary phones.
Test at actual print size
Print a full-size sample and scan it with more than one phone. Check sharpness, contrast and clear space. If scanning is difficult, enlarge the code or remove interfering elements.
Approve a proof before production
Recheck spelling, languages, numbers and link destinations in the print-ready file. Ask each user to confirm their own details before production to reduce corrections after printing.
